Preventative Maintenance

Are your machines getting all the updates both for patches and security so that you are not vulnerable? American Global Software staff will visit periodically to make sure you are up to date. We will check your patches and virus signature files and make changes and recommendations when we find vulnerabilities.

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
- Remote and On Site

If something goes wrong, we can help. If all you need is a phone support we can do that. If that doesn't work we have remote support capabilities that allow us to access your machine (with your permission, of course) from our office and solve a whole host of problems. Finally if that doesn't work we make "house-calls." What is important is that you get your work done and your technology does not get in the way.
